These terms cover your use of ACA Marketplace Mastery, operated by YIS Benefits dba Your Insurance Solution (NPN 19396583). By using the site you agree to them.

A free educational resource

The site is a free educational resource for licensed insurance agents. It offers carrier training, carrier availability by state, Open Enrollment dates and contracting information. It is not intended for consumers shopping for coverage.

Not legal or tax advice

Nothing on the site is legal, tax, accounting or compliance advice. You are responsible for following the laws, CMS rules and carrier requirements that apply to you and your clients.

Check before you act

Carrier products, availability, commissions, appointment rules and enrollment deadlines change, sometimes without notice. Time-sensitive items show their plan year and the date they were last reviewed, but information can still be out of date. Always confirm details with the carrier, the exchange or CMS before you rely on them.

Contracting

Submitting the contracting form is a request, not a guarantee. Carriers decide whether to contract with or appoint an agent, and on what terms and timeline. We don’t guarantee contracting, appointment, commission levels or approval times.

Carrier training materials

Carrier webinars, slides and other training materials belong to the carriers that created them and are posted with their permission. Some are for licensed agents only and must not be shared with consumers. Don’t copy, republish or sell them.

Referral directory

Listings in the referral directory are provided by the agents themselves. We check each agent’s NPN before a listing goes live, but a listing is not an endorsement or a recommendation, and we don’t guarantee any agent’s licensing, appointments, availability or service. Verify an agent’s license and appointments before you refer a client, and contact a referred client only with their consent.

We don’t arrange, promise or take part in referral fees. Any compensation between agents is between those agents and must follow the rules of their states. We may decline, change or remove any listing.

Outside links

The site links to outside sites such as carrier portals, HealthCare.gov, CMS, Jotform, YouTube and Facebook. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but can’t guarantee it is complete, current or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses that come from using the site or relying on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when they last changed.
