With more than 17 years of experience in the insurance industry, Michael “Mike” Schellbach is an accomplished insurance agency owner, entrepreneur, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) Marketplace specialist dedicated to helping consumers access healthcare coverage while empowering insurance professionals to build stronger, more successful businesses.

Since entering the insurance industry in 2009, Michael has developed extensive expertise in individual health insurance, ACA Marketplace enrollment, Medicare, and agency operations. Having worked with the Health Insurance Marketplace since its inception in 2014, he has personally handled more than 10,000 ACA applications, gaining firsthand experience with the regulatory changes, enrollment challenges, and operational demands facing insurance agents nationwide.

As the owner of Your Insurance Solution, Michael has built an independent insurance agency focused on helping individuals and families navigate their healthcare coverage options. He also serves as President of SecureMed Advisors, expanding his involvement in the Medicare insurance market.

Recognizing the need for better education, collaboration, and practical resources within the insurance community, Michael founded ACA Marketplace Mastery, a growing community where insurance professionals connect, exchange knowledge, discuss industry developments, and navigate the complexities of the ACA Marketplace.

Through Marketplace Mastery, Michael is committed to helping agents stay informed about regulatory changes, strengthen compliance practices, improve client retention, and develop more efficient business operations.

Michael is also the Founder of BrokerEvolve, an insurance technology platform designed to simplify the way independent agents and agencies manage their businesses. Drawing on his extensive experience in insurance sales and agency management, he is developing BrokerEvolve to bring client management, workflow automation, compliance tools, and enrollment processes together into a unified operating platform.
