Privacy Policy

ACA Marketplace Mastery is a free resource site for licensed ACA insurance agents, operated by YIS Benefits dba Your Insurance Solution (NPN 19396583). This policy explains what information the site collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Questions: info@acamarketplacemastery.com.

What we collect

• Contact form. When you send a message we receive your name, email address, phone number (if you give one), the topic you picked, your message, the page you came from and the time you sent it.
• Server and security logs. Like every website, our host records basic request details (IP address, browser, pages requested and time). The site also keeps failed login attempts for up to an hour to block password guessing.
• Contracting link clicks. When you press a “Start contracting” button we count the click per carrier. The count is a number only; it is not tied to you.

You can use the site without an account, and we do not ask for client information. Please don’t send client details such as Social Security numbers, health information or policy numbers through the contact form.

How we use it

We use contact form details only to read and answer your message. Each message is saved in the site’s admin area and emailed to the team member who handles that topic (general questions, training or contracting) through our Google Workspace email. We also email you a confirmation with a copy of what you sent. We don’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing email.

We don’t sell your information

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers that run the site and its email (our web host, Google Workspace and Microsoft Clarity), who process it only to provide those services.

Other sites and services

• Contracting. “Start contracting” opens our contracting form on Jotform, an outside service. What you enter there is collected by Jotform under its own privacy policy and sent to our contracting team.
• YouTube. Training videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play; after that, YouTube’s privacy policy applies. Video thumbnails are loaded from YouTube’s image servers.
• Facebook. Links to our Facebook group open Facebook, which has its own privacy policy.

Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site: where people click, how far they scroll, and session replays that show how pages are used. Form fields are masked, so nothing you type into the contact form is recorded. Clarity sets cookies so it can tell visits apart, and Microsoft processes this data under the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Referral directory

Joining. When you ask to be listed we collect your full name, email address, phone number, agency name, National Producer Number (NPN), the states you’re licensed in, the languages you speak (if you give them), a short bio, and the time you agreed to contact referred clients only with their consent. We use your NPN to check your license before we approve the listing. Nothing is public until we approve it.

What’s public. An approved listing shows your name, agency, licensed states, languages and bio. Your email address, phone number and NPN are never shown on the site.

Sending a referral. When you send a referral we collect your name, email address, phone number, your client’s state and your message. We email it to the listed agent with your email address as the reply-to, so they can answer you directly, and keep a copy in the site’s admin area. Please don’t include client Social Security numbers, health details or policy numbers.

Updating or removing a listing. When your listing is approved we email you a private link to update or remove it. If the link has expired, request a new one on the same page, or email info@acamarketplacemastery.com. A removed listing disappears from the site right away and is deleted from our records.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising cookies. Microsoft Clarity sets analytics cookies (see Analytics above). WordPress itself uses login cookies for site administrators and a short test cookie on the login page.

How long we keep it

Contact messages are kept as long as we need them to help you, and are deleted when you ask. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited time for security.

To see what we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email info@acamarketplacemastery.com. We will respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes, we will update it here and change the “Last updated” date at the top.
